ESO-Top one is 24 volt

12 Volt ESO Electronic Shut Off Sensor (9502-2112) is a sensor that works on 12 volt controllers. The 12 volt ESO was designed to sense a plunger as it travels past the sensor. When the plunger makes contact with the tubing wall in close proximity to the ESO sensor the ESO will signal arrival. The ESO does not require a stainless steel nipple. For best results the ESO should be placed as low as possible on the wellhead to insure the plunger travels past the sensor completely. The durable outer cover makes the ESO shock proof as well as weather proof.

Mounting Instructions:

  1. Clean mounting area and make sure surface is smooth.
  2. Use a cable tie or a hose clamp (preferred) to secure the ESO to the wellhead.
  3. The two (2) magnetic contacts should be in line with the tubing or lubricator to insure the ESO can not be moved.
  4. Make sure the ESO can not be moved. If it moves it could cause a pre-mature shut-in.
  5. Silicone caulking can be used to help secure the ESO to the wellhead.
  6. Caution:

Do Not Over tighten the clamp! It will crush the sensor and it will no longer work.
